One Impossible Challenge
We’re keen at One Impossible Thing to break down barriers to enable people to take part in sport. Which is why we’ve come up with One Impossible Challenge.
We’re running a series of challenges throughout the year that you can get involved with at your own level. It’s free to join in and all you need to do is sign up to our private Facebook Group. Be encouraged by our online community by posting your updates throughout the challenge. And encourage others in their journey.
Feedback from our November Challenge
“I got involved quite a lot in the Facebook discussions. I liked cheering on the other people using it, and being cheered on myself - it makes you feel more connected, especially as part of a group where you may only know one or two others. It also motivates you and reminds you to keep hitting your targets.” Emma
“I love the concept and being involved on a personal level. I’ve not been part of a challenge before and hadn’t appreciated how positive and encouraging it feels to be part of a group, even if it is virtually.” Nadia
2nd Chance Challenge
Starting on Quitters Day, Friday 10th January, it’s a four week challenge. All you need to do is pick two activities and pick your own goal for each activity. Maybe you want to walk 5kms per week and do 2 press ups each day, or run 20kms per week and do a 30 second plank each day? It’s entirely up to you - your activities, your target. Whatever you decide we’ll be with you every step of the way, giving you encouragement and support throughout the four week challenge, so you don’t become a quitter!
It’s free for all and there will be prizes up for grabs donated by our sponsor, the Cardo Group. The challenge ends on Saturday 8th February. Enter here.
